These Terms of Service apply to your use of the websites, booking pages and messaging services of Shumaila Asad, REALTOR®, operating as Shumaila Asad LLC and brokered by Nova Real Estate Services, Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide real estate information and consultations for people buying, selling, relocating or investing in Florida. Content on our websites is for general information only and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Property information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, submit our forms or opt in to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
SMS messaging terms
- Program: Shumaila Asad, REALTOR® sends text messages about appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your real estate inquiry and, if you opt in separately, market updates and new listings.
- Opt-in: You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms or booking page.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Appointments
Consultations are free and carry no obligation. You can reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation message.

Limitation of liability
